Why Raj built this model.

Raj learned how to scale consulting firms the hard way: by building two of them to eight figures.

The first one nearly broke him. Growth came with chaos. 
Every gain required more of his time. The business scaled, but he didn't. He became the bottleneck, the safety net, the single point of failure.

The second time, he knew better. He built his predictable pipeline and market authority first. Installed a systematic way to close deals. Codified the methodology. Installed decision frameworks before the firm needed them. 

And when it scaled, it did so smoothly, without consuming him in the process.

That second firm didn't just scale operationally. Raj codified the advisory IP into software, creating compounding value and positioning the business for growth.
